How Will My Order Be Handled?
- When you place your order with us, you will receive a phone call within 48 hours from a friendly, UK based member of the delivery team to arrange your delivery date.
- Our delivery service is an all day delivery service. This means a specific date will be arranged, but not usually can a time be specified.
- If your delivery is urgent, or you need it on a specific date, please just ask and we will do our very best to accommodate your needs.
- All deliveries must be signed for.
- Our delivery drivers do not have the permission to enter your premises. Therefore all deliveries will be taken only to a ground floor doorstep.
- Smaller items (shower valves, wastes, etc…) will be delivered via UK Mail.
